It's Not Failure If You're Learning

I made a sculpt. Then I made a mold of the sculpt. The mold was a failure. But I DID learn why in the doing, so I won't be wasting more materials on that experiment. So it's not really a failure. It's learning!

Absolutely! I can't tell you how many molds I have pitched and started over with.

I really need to remember this, Dixie! I feel like I've had more failures than successes this year... and I should think of them as learning experiences.... and boy, have I learned a lot! ;)
