Works in Progress

Izzy above.  In my opinion my best sculpt so far.
Painting is not done.  I have some things I want to
deepen and then glaze over the whole thing to soften.
The buyer of this doll has been patiently waiting
for quite a while. This is why I have chosen
not to do commissions in the future.
I thank the buyer for her patience.  :-)

I always have several dolls in process.
While I'm waiting for one to dry
I can work on one of the others.

A cloth only doll I am working on.
Just playin'.  I haven't made a cloth only
folk art doll in a long time.

Poor Izzy drying on the line below.
I like to draw on them in mid creation
because it gives me lots of information
about the sculpt and what needs adding
or taking away through sanding.

SHE IS FANTASTIC. If this is unfinished, I can't wait to see the completed painted face. WOW.
