No Shortage of Ideas

Ideas are stacked up like cordwood in my head.  I have no shortage of ideas.  I love to come up with them.   Sometimes I am overcome with ideas.

There's a time for gathering ideas, and then there's a time for executing an idea.  Choices must be made. The challenge with getting something accomplished is to say to myself, "Pick one idea and go with it."  And that means coming out of the airy-fairy realm of idea generating and into the nuts of bolts arena of project management.  It means pick up that cloth, trace a pattern, start that sewing machine.

It means saying no to other things that might be worthy.

Dixie, I have the same problem, LOL. I have TOO MANY ideas and overwhelm myself. This year I have resolved myself to concentrate on my scale miniatures. There are enough ideas in just that medium to keep me going. This would make a lovely painting btw.

Hi, Jan - me, too. I think it means packing away all the stuff I'm NOT gonna do in the near future....
