Visiting Izzies

Today I take a mini-trip for an overnight with a friend to New Hampshire. While I'm in New Hampshire I'll be visiting Izzies.   It seems that most of my times away involve visiting and studying Izzies.  We are actually going on "business" but we will be sure to include some fun as well.  She is a great photographer and is doing me a HUGE favor.  The kind that friends will do for friends.  :-) She has all the fancy-shmancy cameras and lights, etc and knows about depth-of-field (what?).   My method of taking pictures is to take a thousand and get 10 good ones.  ;-)  I am able to go on this trip because I have a wonderful husband and a wonderful sister. Yes, I know I am fortunate on so many levels.

Dixie, how wonderful to find new Izzies. Is this a doll museum or antique stores that you are going?
Will you be posting pictures? I hope you have a
great time.
Best Regards,

Follow up....this doll shown above sold for $10,500 plus 10% premium. That 10% premium is pretty inexpensive when compared to some auction companies that charge 20%.
