Progress on Great Great Grandmother's Journals

If you're checking for art progress I am working on another project right now in preparation for our family reunion in August.   I'm working on Volume 2  - 1922 to 1926  of my great-great-grandmother's journal. It is coming along really well, thanks to my packrat tendencies!   The first volume of my great-great-grandmother's journa is in the sidebar of the family history blog below.

How wonderful that you have journals that document your family history. I briefly checked the website and want to go back when I have more time and read the documents.
Fascinating!

This is so grand, Dixie. To have and be able to trace such a history. I know we have a history, but the access to it is a precious thing...

You're doing a wonderful work.

Oh Dixie I have been trying to work on my genealogy for forever! I even joined Ancestry.com thinking that if I was paying for it I would surely stick to it and get it done....well I do work on it now and then but I do wish I had your dedication.

Truthfully I am just assembling work that is mostly my dad's. He has been the dedicated one. :-)
