The Glass Onion of Charleston, South Carolina




If you are ever in Charleston and have the chance to eat at The Glass Onion restaurant, be sure to go. They had the best food, all organic and locally raised.  We went twice.  I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and it was awesome.  I took the picture above with my phone before I dug in.   My son had the fried catfish and loved it.   Now I have to order their cookbook!  But they also have a blog, with lots of great recipes.
