Day 11: Believe You Can Do It

Part of focusing is believing.
If you don't believe you can do it,
you won't be able to focus to do it.

I love this graphic which came from an 1876 Wide Awake Pleasure Book for kids.  This was a collection of stories and poems and illustrations for kids.   It has a treasure trove of fun old drawings. This graphic is from a story appropriately called, "How Miss Chatty Earned A Living."   I couldn't scan this - engravings do weird things on scanners, so I had to take a photo and then I edited it.  Here's the original that I started with, so you can see the full frame.  For you doll collectors, do you see some examples of dolls you own?
