Reproductions of a German Covered Wagon China Doll

While I've been thinking about what is next, creatively speaking, I have been making these blank heads cast in composition.  It has been a great project to have in a very tough winter. I made them to learn something new, to celebrate MAIDA Today's 5th anniversary by offering 5 of them to the MAIDA dolls Group members at a special price.  But there has been something soothing about this process to me.

These could be painted to look like antiques, but what interests me is how would I put my own stamp on this copy of an antique doll from over 100 years ago?
