Well, the body's okay...

I'm trying to capture the fullness in the chest area of the original Izannah. This is my first attempt. I need to make the waist bigger, and adjust the shoulders some. The head however, is a thing of wonder ;-) How you start off trying to make an Izzy and get a rabbit head is more than I know.

As a reminder to myself - THIS is my inspiration.

Silly rabbit. Silly Dixie.

I posted this a while ago and listened to it repeatedly at the time. It's worth listening to again. The process of saying goodbye is such a bittersweet thing. This summer 3 people who are special to our family are moving away. They're moving on to the next stage of their lives, and we want good things for them. As we wave goodbye I remind myself we feel sad because we have been blessed. And while these individuals can't be replaced (never!) God always meets our needs. Anyway, this song is perfect for this season. It captures the joy of knowing the person and the sadness of saying goodbye.
