Liddiana, my Izannah/Greiner inspired doll, is almost finished. I still need to make her unmentionables. She will be listed on Ebay unless someone needs her before then. (I'm happy to report she is sold, thanks!)
Liddiana's dress is made of a dreamy reproduction fabric. I love this fabric so much. She has the classic Izannah styled dress with pintucks in the bodice and a deep hand-sewn hem. Her arms and legs are inspired by Greiner dolls. I love her striped stockings and her little red boots.
Liddiana has a little companion shoulderplate doll I made with paperclay over cloth named Baby James. James has the feeling of paper mache dolls of the 1800's as well as a small Izannah doll. He is aged and sanded, and his body is painted a dark blue and has the feeling of weathered oil cloth.
I love this doll. I hope you love her, too!

Dixie!! She is amazing!!!! I love her too! And little James, he is precious all alone...have you thought of selling some small dolls about the size of James by themselves? I love these two together though....you are truly an artist! I received your payment and will ship you your art tomorrow priority mail ~ thank you, Dixie

Sweet Baby James is the lullaby I used to sing to my little boy (James then, Jimmy now).
