Time at Camp

Today I went to camp with some friends.
It wasn't the best weather day,
but we enjoyed each other's company.

I couldn't get them to be still
because the black flies were so vicious.

Well, finally they got still for a second.

A friend took a picture of some of us in front of the water. I was trying to sit on this little rolling stone and started rolling backward toward the water. No, we were not in the sauce, unless chocolate chip brownies count as sauce.

We've been in Bible studies
and prayer groups together,
and have shared each others'
joys and sorrows over many years.
I was happy to share a place
that is so special to me with them.

I am such a browser, I think my love of reading does that,so when I stumbled upon this I started to get teary eyed. I know lives change but I was reminded that our love for each other does not.
