My Five Year Celebration Giveaway

To celebrate five years of doll making, I am giving away three memberships in my Izannah Walker Workshop online class.  In order to enter, please leave a comment below this blog post.  And please let your doll making friends know who've been interested in taking this class.   I'll do the drawing on Thursday, February 24th at 9 o'clock Eastern Standard Time

Back in 2006 I was on a trip to Florida to celebrate my Granddad's 100th Birthday.   Family from all around the country traveled down to mark that day with Granddad.   It was a wonderful time which I hope my children will always remember.   Just before I left on that trip, I put the above doll up for sale on Ebay.   I checked Ebay constantly, wondering if anyone would even want the work of my hands.   I think that doll sold for $14.95 which barely paid for materials.   But that was my beginning.

Thanks for celebrating with me!

To enter the giveaway,
leave a comment below.
On Thursday night at 9
I will post the winners.

Dixie I thought I knew just about all that there was to know about Izannah Walker and her dolls until I joined your Izannah Walker Workshop. Your exhaustive research, informative tutorials and to scale patterns make it fun and easy to replicate my own Izannah Walker doll as close to the original as I can get. Your phenominal close up pictures of the actual antique Izannahs are really fascinating. Those pictures are as good as, or maybe even better than, holding the original doll in my own hands. Dixie thanks so much for putting the Izannah workshop together. What a task for such a bargain!! I love it. Cindi Ciampa
