15 Days of Doll-making on Instagram

I decided that this year to find more ways to focus on creativity. One way to do that is to share, and Instagram is a great place for sharing images focused on creativity. The MAIDA Dolls Group is sharing images in Instagram under the hashtags of #maidadolls and #fifteendaysofdollmaking, in case you want to follow along. The good thing about sharing is sometimes you find a doll that needs dressing which you haven’t shared about.  Here is the Colombian doll I made a few years ago with Connie Tognoli’s great pattern.

I am not an Instagram person, don't you need a smart phone for that? This old lady loves her simple flip phone, and some days I would be happy with no phone, LOL. You are so creative and this doll is adorable. I'll be watching here for fresh ideas and inspiration.
Please come visit my blog, I am celebrating my 6th Blogging Anniversary with a Give-A-Way . . . come put your name in the hat.
Your blogging sister,

This is a beautiful doll you made. I love the columbians. You were able to get a better head shape than me. I have trouble with that.

Dear Connie. You CAN have instagram on your computer, that is what I do. At this time you can't upload photos to Instagram from a computer, only from a phone, but you can definitely browse on your computer to see what everyone else posts. This is what I do. I love to look, but I can't stand peering at the tiny screen on my phone.

Dear Dixie
Thank you for being a creative inspiration in my life!
And thanks for the hashtags for Instagram, I'm browsing there right now, and seeing lovely stuff.
Wishes for a fantastic 2018!

Thanks, Martha. I think I may have massaged the head a bit to shape it before gessoing,
